INVITATION TO JOINT TENDER
The Upper Awash
Agro-Industry Enterprise UAAIE & North Omo Agricultural Development
Enterprise (NOADE) jointly invite all interested and eligible
parties to bid for the supply of Pesticides Sprayers, Protective
devices and others.
Interested eligible bidders who have
registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) and renewed their license for
the year 2000/01 E.C. may obtain the Bidding documents from UAAIE’S
co-ordination office Kirkos Kifle Ketema Keble 03 House No. 0031
(behind Global Hotel) during office hours upon payment of
non-refundable Birr 100 (Birr Hundred).
Bidders shall furnish as part of
their bid, bid security in an amount Equipment to 2% of the
aggregate price. The bid bond must be payable to UPPER AWASH AGRO
INDUSTRY ENTERPRISE in either of the following forms:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified Check (CPO) issued by recognized Bank.
c)
Foreign Bank Counter Guarantee from the Commercial Bank of
Ethiopia.
The tender remains floating upto 17th
January 2009.
Bidders should submit their offers in
a wax-sealed envelope to UAAIE co-ordination office Kirkos Kifle
Ketema Keble 03 House No. 0031 before or on 17th January
2009. up to 9:30 A.M.
Bids received in time and fulfilling
the required formalities will be opened in the presence of
interested bidders or their representatives at 10:00 A.M. on 17th
January 2009 at UAAIE’S co-ordination office in Addis Ababa.
UAAIE reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
