1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise /EAE/ invites eligible Bidders for the
Supply of Office furniture (Office table, Swivel, chair, Guest
chair, Sofa with coffee table etc) and Office Equipment (Printers,
Photocopy machine, Television, etc), who have VAT registration
evidence, renewed trade license for the year 2000 E.C. and
registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development for which they are registered on suppliers list.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One
Hundred Birr) from Ethiopian Airports Enterprise Head Office,
Finance Service, and Cashier Office near Gerji Customs Office.
3. Wax-sealed
envelopes containing “Technical Documents” and “Financial Documents”
should be submitted in two separate envelopes, each having one
original and one copy to EAE, Purchasing and Logistics
Administration Service on or before December 30, 2008 up to 10:00
A.M. and opened on the same date at 10:15 A.M.
4. Bidders
should be submitting a bid bond of Birr 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand
Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee along with their
Technical document.
5. The
bid bond will be sealed in separate envelope and marked bid bond.
6. The
Technical envelope will be opened in the presence of interested
bidders or their representatives at the EAE head office conference
room. The financial proposal will be opened after the result of the
technical proposal is known.

8. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or
