1. The
Tigray Region Water Resources, Mines & Energy Bureau now re-invites
legal & eligible bidders to participate in this bid form the source
fund of food security for the supply of:

2. Bidders
are required to submit copies of their business license, VAT
registration certificate and TIN certificate renewed for the current
fiscal year.
3. The
Bid price shall be valid for a period of One Hundred Fifty (150)
days after Bid opening.
4. Bidders
should provide one “Original” and their Copies of
“Technical” and “Financial” documents separately.
5. A
complete set of bidding document can be purchase by interested
bidders on the submission of written application to the address
below upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 per each lot
from the bureau office No.5.
6. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security if 75,000 (Seventy Five
Thousand ) of the total bid price in the form of C.P.O. or ban
guarantee issued through a reputable bank and incorporate your bid
bond on original Technical document part.
7. Bidders
shall deliver their bid documents to the under mentioned address
before or on, 14 February 2008, at 3:30 P.M.
8. Bids
shall be opened February 14,
2008, 1t 4:00 P.M. in the
presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish t attend.
Electronic bidding will not be permitted, late bids will be
rejected.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
